Coco's Seafood & Steakhouse Kitty was invited to cook at Coco's Seafood and Steakhouse in Oconomowoc WI, and she got to make a dish from their New Year's menu. Chef John was gracious enough to open his kitchen and to show Kitty the ropes in a commercial kitchen! Owners Todd & Kari Whittaker enjoy being business owners as well as living in Oconomowoc's vibrant and thriving community. She learns how to prep ribs, season ribs and chicken and how to slice up brisket. So Good!! A family owned and operated restaurant in Milwaukee WI. Kilwins Milwaukee - Bayshore Kitty gets to make chocolate fudge at Kilwins!! Kitty was able to learn the secrets to scratch made chocolate fudge. We had such an amazing time at Kilwins Bayshore in Milwaukee, and got to sample some of their delicious chocolates (along with the fudge). So good! Lakefront Brewery Kitty was invited to head over to Lakefront Brewery in Milwaukee to make their award winning cheese curds. These cheese curds are beer battered deep fried goodness served with a side of house made ranch. Petra took Kitty on a mini tour of Italy showing her the finer details of pasta making, then Kitty helped Petra make her special sauce. So Good!!
